- The default mask is the layer Bio12 at 30 arc-seconds resolution from WorldClim.
- The standard Darwin Core as defined by the TDWG
- The shape file from Global Administrative Areas to check the match between coordinates and country code.
- The TDWG4 code (World geographical scheme for recording plant distributions).
- The reconcile tool uses Kew.org and Gbif.org databases
